Research interests
Currently I am working on the MARVY. This project involves patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR). The overall goal of this project is to swap all radiation based imaging techniques used in the AAA management by MRI based imaging techniques. Not only to reduce the amount of radiation both patients and physicans are exposed to, but also to improve the prediction of aneurysm progression and the occurence of complications after EVAR.
