Gastroenterology. Mucosal immunology in inflammatory Bowel Disease

Research interests

My research focuses on understanding the pathogenesis of immune-based gastrointestinal diseases with a main focus on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and cancer. The ultimate goal is to find new therapies for these diseases.
