This project aimed to describe, from the perspective of both the physician and the patient, the responsible application of AI to support medical decision-making. A set of prerequisites for responsible application from the viewpoint of the key stakeholders was delivered. These prerequisites can be utilized during various stages of projects that aim to implement AI technology for decision support. The final report is relevant for patients, healthcare providers, policymakers, and managers in the healthcare industry, both at a national and organizational level.
