Flexible OIO: Comprehensive assessment of biomarkers for aortic disease in patients with Marfan syndrome

Conventional biomarkers for aortic disease in Marfan syndrome will be investigated using historical databases of several European medical centers including Amsterdam UMC. A novel biomarker for MRI-derived aortic motion will be validated and investigated in a novel cohort of Marfan patients.
