Description
project aims to develop multimodal toolkits for forms of dementia other than Alzheimer's disease: Dementia with Lewy bodies, Primary progressive Aphasia, Frontotemporal Dementia and Posterior Cortical Atrophy.
These multimodal toolkits are intended to be used in postdiagnostic care by patients, caregivers and casemanagers. In this project the toolkits will be evaluated in a pilot study in memory clinics in collaboration with the Dutch Memory Clinics Network. An implementation strategy will be developed together with all relevant stakeholders
