Abstract

A short review of some contemporary developments in oculoplastic surgery (OPS), in particular of lacimal surgery, of orbital implants and of Graves' orbitopathy, discloses the influence of different sorts of research and underlines (according to the author) the need for (more) randomized clinical trials in nowadays OPS
