Abstract

Recommendations for advance care planning (ACP) during the COVID pandemic intend to support patients in making informed choices in case of a SARS-CoV-2 infection. This will enhance quality of care, quality of life, and the prevention of overtreatment. However, ACP is not an instrument for ICU triage.
