Abstract
In chronic urticaria little to no diagnostic work-up is done. At the urticaria out-patient clinic this work up is done in a standardized way, based on the specific medical history of the patient. With the results it is easier to define if the patient has chronic spontaneous urticarial, inducible urticarial or a mixture of both. During this work up interesting cases are found on a regular basis. In this article we discuss several of these cases.
