N2 - We present a case of a 81-year-old man who was admitted with rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm 4 years after endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR). He was compliant with yearly follow-up with computed tomography angiography. This case shows that the ultimate failure of EVAR may be impossible to predict.
