Research interests

I am a Human Movements Scientist, graduated at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2019. At the moment, I work as a junior researcher at the Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc at the department of Public and Occupational Health. 

My main research interest is injury prevention in adapted sports. My main focusses are on 1) epidemiology of injury and illness in adapted sports, 2) impact of these health problems, 3) effectiveness of an online intervention (TIPAS) to address these health problems and 4) implementation of this intervention.
