Description
A transdisciplinary project in which multiple universities and medical centres collaborated with a supermarket chain. The aim was to develop interventions based on nudging and pricing strategies, through which healthier dietary bheaviours could be promoted in supermarket environments. These interventions were tested through a real-world experiment, in stores of the collaborating supermarket chain.
