In this report, we describe the concrete needs and desires of healthcare providers, patients, and technology experts regarding the application of AI technology to support medical decisions. The obtained insights were translated into prerequisites for the responsible use of AI from the perspective of the key stakeholders. These prerequisites can be utilized during various stages of projects that aim to provide decision support through AI technology. This report is of interest to patients, healthcare providers, policymakers, and managers in the healthcare sector, both at the national and organizational levels.
