Abstract
Here, we describe a 51-year old man with a contact dermatitis for corticosteroids belonging to distinct corticosteroid groups. This article reviews the classification and diagnosis of corticosteroid allergy. Furthermore, it provides practical information for the physician on how to manage a patient with corticosteroid allergy.
