Research output: PhD ThesisPhd-Thesis - Research and graduation internal

Abstract

his thesis sheds light on various dimensions of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH), proposing a transition to genetically anchored, technologically advanced detection methods. Going beyond simple identification strategies, it reveals gaps in the current management of FH and outlines a path for targeted treatments, while emphasizing a holistic strategy to mitigate cardiovascular risk in this high-risk population.
