Abstract
This article describes two pediatric patients with a nasopharyngeal malignancy. Pediatric nasopharyngeal malignancy is extremely rare in the Western global group. In these patients clinical symptoms are often a-specific, especially in the early stage of the disease, leading to diagnostic delay. Once clinical symptoms change-like explicit lymphadenopathy or total nose obstruction-a malignancy might be suspected. Imaging in these cases could be helpful and if other diagnostic tools fail one should consider the use of PET-CT-scan.
