N2 - This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: This systematic review will assess the efficacy of manual therapy and exercise in the treatment of neck pain. We will assess the influence of manual therapy and exercise on pain, function, disability, patient satisfaction, quality of life and global perceived effect in adults experiencing neck pain with or without radicular symptoms and cervicogenic headache.
