Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To determine the diagnostic test accuracy of molecular and antigen detection tests for the diagnosis of human leptospirosis. To assess the influence of potential sources of heterogeneity on the diagnostic test accuracy of molecular and antigen detection tests, and to investigate the comparative accuracy of tests.
