Abstract
Kawasaki disease (KD) is a systemic vasculitis occurring predominantly in children and rarely in adults. Coronary artery aneurysms and/or stenoses may develop in more severe cases, increasing the risk of premature sudden death. The proper management of cardiac sequelae of KD is still a matter of debate. We report the case of a young woman with coronary disease successfully treated by total arterial surgical revascularization 20 years after the initial diagnosis of KD
