Research interests

As a PhD candidate, I work on the effects of the timing of lifestyle factors (e.g. timing of physical activity, meal intake, sleep) on glycaemia and type 2 diabetes risk. I will be working on different meta-analyses, observational cohort studies and a pragmatic intervention trial
