Abstract

The authors regret errors were present in the published article. The axes of the forest plot on support free days at day 28 (Fig. 4) were accidentally swapped. Also under 1.3.1 Ventilator-free, no totals were filled out for Gelissen et al. under Higher targets, which should be 195. This changes the total mean difference to 0.19 [−0.40, 0.78]. The updated Fig. 4 should read as below. In addition, the legends of Fig. 6 included a typing error. The last sentence of the legends should read: ‘An OR < 1 is beneficial to the lower oxygenation group.’ The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.[Formula
