Research interests

In my PhD research, I investigate what higher education institutions can do to select and admit a representative student population into Health Professions Education (HPE) programs. I use both qualitative research methods (e.g. interviews, support base/stakeholder research) and quantitative methods (e.g. logistic regression analysis with Statistics Netherlands microdata).
